Spring Bears

Andrew and Goose went for a walk through the trailers today and came upon these bear tracks. Looks like a good sized bear and there are some claws in the tracks... so probably a grizzly! It's wonderful how much wildlife we live among but remember if you are out and about in the area make sure you let the bears know you are in the area.

Hi All Once Again, Just another heads up since I sent the last email regarding the bear. I got four responses from different people saying that they had seen four grizzlies travelling together, probably a sow and three adult cubs which she will probably kick out of the nest now that it’s spring. In another email they had seen three of them travelling in the same spot as well. David saw them by the wetlands. It’s great to know they’re thriving but at the same time it’s a concern so let other people know if they plan to travel this way.
