To whom it may concern,
Hello my name is Sarah, and i was just at your ski hill on February 19th, 2011(saturday) for the first time, i had never snowboarded before, so i decided to take the discover snowboarding 2 hour lesson at 10:30am.
I was really nervous at first since it was my first time ever snowboarding and im already 23 years old, but my instructor totally made me feel comfortable, and made everything really easy to understand, and easy to learn, so i really enjoyed my first trip, i learned alot, and the way he explained things was very clear, and understandable, and made it that much easier to try, and be confident that i could do it. I just wanted to say i really appreciated that. I always thought the first day snowboarding would be awful, but it was sooo much fun, even with a few wipe outs. and i just wanted to say thanks, and i will be coming back often from now on.
I think my instructors name was Taross, or something like that, all i remember is he had a beard, and board that said ross vegas, anyways just wanted to say thanks again. You train your instructors well! Also the chair lift operator girl was really nice as well. :)

I just wanted to say what an incredible experience we had a couple weeks ago cat skiing. Myself and some buddies from Calgary came out and rented a cat and a condo and had an absolutely incredible time. The conditions were fantastic and we have now planned to do this same trip every year! We stayed at the sleepy moose condo and what a beautiful place with an unbeatable location. Last year was the first time at Castle and have been there 4 times since. The extra driving time from Calgary could not be more worth it. I will continue to spread the good word about castle and your cat skiing operation. We all agreed that the price means its doable every year instead of once in a blue moon. Thanks to Andrew and everyone else at Castle!

Hey Marie Howzit? are you still too sick to ride or is it too sick not to ride. Have you noticed on the webcam page the picture of barnaby shows some serious gorilla faces keeping an eye on the action? They seem as happy as the Grizzlies further up the valley. And what are those red things on the right? Does the red chair run over there? Whats with all the snow on Fridays this year, people comin like honey bees, Saturdays all the wanna bees, then sunday its just you and mees. Things that make you go hmm.

Jimmy, it would be sick not to ride!
Keen eyes on the photo- I have no idea what the red things are on the right! I will have to do some investigating!
Hmmm is right- thanks for the smiles! :)

Sorry to be Sir-blog-alot, but I just want to say the webcams work better at night cause you can really see it snowing. Like right now,(midnight Thursday holy crap). Maybe a storm board in view for the day time shots. Then we can see accumulations. Okay, thats it for me, honestly.

Has floor in the Tbar Pub been recarpeted? Last time I was in there I slipped on the concrete and fell. With the carpet removed it very slippery and dangerous. This happened to numerous other people I am told. Will upper management fix the problem or are they waiting for a lawsuit? Mountain safety includes both ski terrain and the facilities for your customers. In my opinion the problem should have been dealt with immeadiately as it involves public safety. If it is not repaired by the next time I go in, perhaps it will be time to get the health board involved?

Thank you for voicing your concern. The carpet was originally removed for safety issues. I have been advised that the floor at the T-bar is being redone this week.

Dear concerned citizen, lots of people fall at the t-bar. Something to do with alcohol getting into the bloodstream and affecting motor function? ;)

i just had a question about the upcoming seasons cruising the castle card:
Is it the same deal as last year?
(1st and 5th day free and rest discount?)
could you inform me on what it is this year?
or did i miss it somewhere on this awesome site?
Thanks a ton,
