HUCKLEBERRY FESTIVAL ALL-ACCESS PASSES NOW AVAILABLE

HUCKLEBERRY FESTIVAL ALL-ACCESS PASSES NOW AVAILABLE

It’s hard to believe that our annual Huckleberry Festival has been going for as long as it has. This August 23 – 25, the 24th annual edition of “Huck Fest” is set to take place with a full weekend of events and activities for the whole family to enjoy! While access to our festival grounds remains free, the Huckleberry Festival all-access pass is back for those who want to make the most of their berry-pickin’, folk music lovin’ weekend.

WHAT IS THE ALL-ACCESS PASS?

For the skiers in the bunch, the all-access pass is reminiscent of a season pass except this case providing you with food, drink, and unlimited scenic chairlift rides for the whole weekend. Passes come complete w/ a lanyard and feature a special design unique to this year’s festival. In short, there a keepsake of sorts, even after the festival is over and done with.

WHAT’S INCLUDED W/ THE ALL-ACCESS PASS?

The all-access pass includes the following perks:

  • Access to festival grounds
  • Unlimited scenic chairlift rides both days (Saturday + Sunday)
  • Buffet breakfast on Saturday
  • 1 BBQ Lunch (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Pig Roast Dinner on Saturday
  • Huckleberry Festival t-shirt (ADULTS only – first come / first serve upon pick-up)
  • Commemorative Huckleberry Festival Pass w/ lanyard

HOW MUCH IS IT? / HOW DO I GET IT?

Huckleberry Festival all-access passes are available online only, in advance of the festival (until August 21). Once you’ve purchased your pass, they’ll be awaiting your arrival at Castle Mountain Resort Guest Services, on the weekend of the event. Passes are available for adults (13 +) and for children (6 – 12) with the following costs:

  • $89 for adults (ages 13 & up)
  • $54 for children (ages 6 – 12)

All prices are subject to 5% GST. Buy your pass by clicking the link below!

HOW DO I GET SINGLE MEAL TICKETS / INDIVIDUAL RIDE TICKETS?

Not interested in the pass? That’s cool too; no worries! Single meal tickets, such as for our Saturday morning buffet + the ever popular community pig roast on Saturday night, are available on site during the festival. While meal tickets are definitely limited in quantity, scenic chairlift rides are pretty much unlimited. Be that as it may we suggest making your first stop, upon arrival to Huckleberry Festival, our Guest Services counter on the lower level of our main day lodge.

Our friendly staff will be happy to either issue you your pre-purchased all-access pass + t-shirt or get you single meal tickets / chairlift ride tickets that you’re looking for!

Is there a campground nearby? I also have a 5 year old. Is he allowed on the chairlift?

      Hi Randi,

There are soooo many places to camp. You can camp here at Castle where a limited number of powered sites are available for $25 / night. Parking lot sites without power are only $15 / night. As well, there are tons of options for campgrounds within Castle Provincial Park that surrounds the resort. Some of our favourite campgrounds are Castle River Bridge, Castle Falls, and Beaver Mines Lake. You can learn more about all the camping options available, within Castle Provincial Park by clicking over to https://www.albertaparks.ca/parks/south/castle-pp/.

    Hi Cole,
Stronghold Brewing is a family owned craft brewery located in Fort Macleod. Is there someone you can put me in touch with to discuss the potential for us to have our craft beer available at the festival and also at the resort in general?
Thanks in advance for your time.
