Every thirteen years a weather anomaly creates a thin ice
and snow runnel on the North Face of Mount Haig. Deemed impossible by many, the
nefarious Q proved everyone wrong when he plummeted down the line in 1990. Too
thin to turn Q chose to straight line the descent and feels he reached terminal
velocity on the steeper sections. With an average pitch of 78 degrees the line
drops for 750 metres before slowing down on the moraines below. No repeats.
