Terms and Conditions

  • All prices DO NOT include GST
  • All age cut-offs are based upon the age as of 2010/11/30
  • Season Passes are not transferable and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the Alpine Responsibility Code.
  • All Pass holders must sign a Release of Liability prior to receiving their season pass.
  • Must show proof of age and address when picking up the pass
  • Season Passes remain the property of Castle mountain Resort
  • Pass-holders caught skiing in a closed area will have their skiing/snowboarding priviledges revoked for the season with NO REFUND
  • A $25.00 administration fee will be charged to reissue any lost or stolen passes.
REFUND POLICY AND SEASON PASS INSURANCE
  • There are no refunds of season passes with no exception, unless Season Pass Insurance is purchased
  • Season Pass Insurance must be purchased at the time of the season pass purchase
  • Season Pass Insurance costs $25.00 per pass or
    $50.00 per family pass

  • Limits of Season Pass Insurance area as following events:
  1. "Injury, illness or death of an insured that prevents participation in skiing or snowboarding more than 30 days."
  2. " Transfer by the current passholder's employer necessitating a change of residence more than 300kms from Castle Mountain Resort ."
  3. Season Pass Insurance DOES NOT cover:
    - Intentional self injury
    - Pre-existing disorder or emotional disorders unless the insured is hospitalized.
    - Acts of God, fire, vandalism, labour disputes, weather conditions or mechanical failures.

Refund Schedule:
Prior to Dec. 31 - 80%
Jan. 1 - Jan.31 - 50%
Feb. 1 - Feb.28 - 30%
Mar. 1 - Mar. 15 - 15%
After Mar. 15 - 0%

Castle Mountain Resort must be notified 15 days for injury
or notice of relocation by employer

- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to CMR Guest Services, refunds will be calculated from the date your written request is received.

*Student
- Must be enrolled full-time for the 2010/11 school year at an accredited Canadian College or University
- Proof of registration must be shown at time of issue of the pass otherwise the difference between the student pass and adult pass will be owed before the pass is released.

**Family of 4
- A family of four is defined as 2 parents and 2 youth under 18 or 1 parent and 3 youth under 18 living at the same principle residence. Children under 6 do not count as part of the 4 people and students (as defined above) must apply as a single adult or as a family add-on.A release of liability waiver must be signed by the passholder (or a parent or legal guardian if under 18) prior to any pass being issued.

***Family Add-On
- A Child(ren), Junior(s) or Student(s) that are family members residing at the same principal residence. They can be added to the Family of 4 Pass at the above rate schedule for the same qualifying period at the time of purchase only.
