RoShamBo

Probably the most dangerous extreme route in the area. The approach is of just over an hour involving the ascent an exposed, often verglassed ridge, skiing under a cornice and down a steep approach slope above an 80 metre cliff. RoShamBo is a wide chute with 6 -10 turns of 50+ degrees followed by 200 meters of 40 degree cruising.

Tom Lynch-Staunton, Morgan Black and Adam Judd did the first descent during the winter of 2000, scissors being the winner.

Expect a 50 - 60 minute ski out.
