Current Conditions: |
| A moon lit night with no new snow overnight will turn into one of the most beautiful "Sun Shiny" days imaginable here at the Castle. The conditions are absolutely calm and the temperature at the Top of Red is -4C. On Haig every run will be corduroyed up for soft, smooth, and carvable high speed cruising. Outrider will be left for the "packed powder" seekers. The skiing/riding is cruising on the groomers and the South Runs off of Blue Chair and the North Road. There is still lots of powder (boot top) in the glades on both mountains so come and have some fun in the sun!!!! Today will be a great day in the Rocky Mountains of Sunny Southwest Alberta here at the Castle!! Remember the sun screen and sunnies as the temps will trick us into thinking it is not really spring yet!!! | |

Forecast Conditions: |
| Forecast weather conditions for today is for a high temp upper terrain around -2C and 0C down low with plenty of sunshine and the trend is relatively the same for most of the weekend. We will be experiencing calm conditions and at times light winds at upper elevations, keeping things cool and dry with gobs of sunshine. We have had a lot of new snow snow for the last two weeks but yesterday the sun was shining and the winds were calm & it looks like this might continue for a couple of days just in time for the weekend. |
