Growing up in a musical family\, he was captivated by the sound and energy of his grandfather’s fiddle. Music of all kinds fascinated him from an early age\, and by 12 he had taught himself to play guitar. Before long\, he was joining his grandfather at family gatherings and community dances\, developing the timeless style and warm stage presence he’s known for today.

Join us from 6–9 PM for an easy-listening performance\, featuring a new musical artist every week! \nAlso Stronghold Draft will be on special ALL DAY! \nAbout this week’s artist: \nSinger/songwriter and awarding winning poet\, Noel grew up on a large cattle ranch in the Porcupine Hills of Southern Alberta.  Noel began his career at the tender age of 14 singing at the old time dances in small community halls.  He plays seven different instruments and writes his own poetry.  He has written two books and recorded a CD of original songs and a CD of his poetry and has preformed across Canada\, USA\, Mexico\, England and Australia.   He entered the 2019 Crossroads Cowboy Poetry competition in Bristow\, Oklahoma where he placed first!  Now retired from his career as a mechanic and millwright\, Noel entertains at senior homes and public and private functions.
