DESCRIPTION:Ski or ride with us opening weekend and help us give back to those less fortunate\, in our area. For every visit over our opening weekend\, December 5 – 7\, Castle Mountain Resort will donate $1 to local food banks within our area\, to a maximum of $2500. Our friends at Co-op Pincher Creek have also agreed to match to our donation\, helping to amplify our impact! \nDonations will be split 50/50 between the Crowsnest Pass Food Bank and the Pincher Creek Food Bank. It doesn’t matter if you’re a season pass holder\, WOW Card holder\, or a ticket purchaser\, it all counts so come on out! \nGuests are encouraged to bring non-perishable goods to further amplify our impact. Any donated items will be forwarded onto the agencies above and can be dropped off at CMR Guest Services. \n

Join us from 6–9 PM for an easy-listening performance\, featuring a new musical artist every week! \nAlso Stronghold Draft will be on special ALL DAY! \nAbout this week’s artist: \nSinger/songwriter and awarding winning poet\, Noel grew up on a large cattle ranch in the Porcupine Hills of Southern Alberta.  Noel began his career at the tender age of 14 singing at the old time dances in small community halls.  He plays seven different instruments and writes his own poetry.  He has written two books and recorded a CD of original songs and a CD of his poetry and has preformed across Canada\, USA\, Mexico\, England and Australia.   He entered the 2019 Crossroads Cowboy Poetry competition in Bristow\, Oklahoma where he placed first!  Now retired from his career as a mechanic and millwright\, Noel entertains at senior homes and public and private functions.
