New for the 2026-27 season are our Season Passholder Friends & Family Discounts! Unrestricted season passholders (excluding Super Senior & Tiger passholders) are eligible for a select number of friends & family discount vouchers, valid for 20% off regularly priced, full-day, full-mountain tickets, subject to holiday blackouts. Vouchers will be issued in accordance to the chart below:

Card holders save 20% off mid-week stays at the Castle Ski Lodge. Discount applies to hotel style rooms for Sunday – Thursday night stays with holiday blackouts applicable (Dec. 26-27, 2025, Dec. 31, 2025 – Jan. 3, 2026, Feb. 13-15, 2026, & Feb. 19-21, 2026). Based on availability. May not be combined with any other offer. 2-night minimum stay.
10% Off Lessons
Castle pass holders enjoy 10% off most lesson products, including multi-week / multi-day programs, private lessons, and group lessons. This discount does not apply to already discounted, packaged products such as Discover Skiing / Snowboarding lessons and may not be combined with any other offer.

All passes, with the exception of Tiger (5 & under) and Super Senior (75 +) passes, are eligible to be purchased using our payment plan, which allows you to divide your purchase into up to four (4) monthly installments.

DO I STILL GET THE SAME PASS HOLDER BENEFITS IF I CHOOSE THE PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes. Enjoy all the benefits of being a pass holder whether you use the payment plan or pay all at once.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE PAYMENT PLAN TO PURCHASE A SEASON PASS?
No. You can pay all at once at time of purchase, if you prefer.
IS THERE AN INTEREST OR FINANCE CHARGE IF I USE THE PAYMENT PLAN?
No. There are no interest or finance charges. However, Castle Mountain Resort reserves the right to charge a $29 administrative fee, in order to re-instate your payment plan, in the event one of your payments is declined.
DOES MY SEASON PASS COST MORE IF I USE THE PAYMENT PLAN?
No. The plan spreads the actual cost evenly over four (4) equal payments, without any additional charges.
WHEN DO I NEED TO PURCHASE BY TO GET ON THE PAYMENT PLAN?
The payment plan is available on pass purchases made before or by October 31, 2026. After that, purchases will need to be paid in full at the time of purchase.
WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED FOR PAYMENTS?
Your first installment is due at the initial time of purchase. Subsequent installments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the 1st day of each of the following three (3) months.
WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?
You will receive an email telling you if the payment was declined. Please call our Guest Services team right away at 888-SKI-TONS (754-8667) to resolve the issue.
Castle Mountain Resort reserves the right to levy a $29 administration charge, to reinstate your payment plan, in the event of a declined transaction.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PASS?
Passes are planned to be mailed to all purchasers in the fall. Keep in mind that, if you do miss a payment, your pass will automatically be voided until any missed payments have been made.
WHEN CAN I START USING MY PASS BENEFITS?
Once you have received your pass, and our resort is open, you can use all the benefits that come with the pass.
CAN I PAY WITH CASH OR CHEQUE?
Unfortunately not. We only accept credit cards (Visa or Mastercard) on the payment plan.

Yes, but if both passes are payment plan eligible, you will have to purchase them in separate transactions.

These T&Cs constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Castle Mountain Resort Ltd. (“Castle Mountain”). By proceeding with your purchase, you are agreeing on behalf of yourself, and all individuals that you purchase for, to be bound by these T&Cs.
- The issuance and use of the season pass is subject to the guest reading and agreeing to the Ski & Snowboard Tickets & Passes Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver”). Each adult must complete their own Waiver. A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of anyone under 18. This is a condition of purchase. If the Waiver is not completed, the Season Pass will not be issued, you will not ne permitted to access Castle Mountains ski hill or lifts, and a refund will be provided.
- A link to the online Waiver will be available to the purchaser during the purchase process, and the link will be emailed upon purchase to all non-purchasing guests.
- All season pass holders must have a current photo in their profile before an direct-to-lift card will be issued or reactivated.
- Pass holders must show picture ID with proof of age and address when picking up their pass and students must also show proof of enrollment.
- A family pass is based on 3 or more members, and a family is defined as at least one parent and related dependents living within the same residence. All dependent children added to the family pass must reside in the same household as the parent. Castle Mountain Resort reserves the right to determine final decisions of eligibility on all family season pass applications.
- Unrestricted season passes provide unlimited 7 day/week, blackout free access during regular operating hours. Value season passes provide unlimited 5 day/week (Monday through Friday) access during regular operating hours subject to our published blackout periods (December 28, 2026 – January 1, 2027 & February 15, 2027). Value pass holders can purchase a full day ticket at the half day rate if they wish to ski/ride on any weekend or blackout date.
- Students (18-29) must be enrolled full-time, during the fall or winter term covered by the season pass, at an accredited Canadian high school, college or university or enrolled in an unpaid internship. Proof of enrolled acceptable to Castle Mountain is required to qualify for a student pass. Valid documentation is as follows:

- Must be from the Office of the Registrar or printed from the school’s official website. If from the website, the school’s internet address must be clearly indicated.
- Clearly state the student’s name
- State the course length and the number of hours in a course of program per academic session
- Clearly indicate the semester of study or academic year
- Proof of Enrollment Letter
- Must be on the school’s letterhead
- Clearly state the student’s name

- State that the student is enrolled/registered at the school
- Students enrolled within an unpaid internship are eligible for student rates whereas students enrolled within paid internships or apprenticeships are not eligible for student rates.

- Course Timetable
- All passes remain the property of Castle Mountain. The Season Pass can only be used by the named pass holder, and it cannot be shared with, used by, or transferred to another person. The Season Pass may be cancelled without refund in the event of misuse, misconduct, or breach of the Alpine Responsibility Code, or of any other Castle Mountain policies, rules or guidelines.
- Lost, forgotten, or stolen passes are subject to a $29.00 replacement fee.
- All guests agree to comply with all closures, posted signage, and the Alpine Responsibility Code at all times when on the hill. Parents/legal guardians must ensure that their minor child understands and complies with the Alpine Responsibility Code.
- Castle Mountain does not guarantee the number of operating days per season, hill conditions, weather or other operating conditions, including open terrain or lift operation. No refunds or credits will be issued for closures due to weather, mechanical issues, snow conditions, lack of snow, lack of labour, or any other factors beyond Castle Mountain’s control.
- Season pass holders are eligible for season pass holder benefits as published from time to time on our website. These are subject to change without notice or compensation.
- All pass holders agree to the refund policy outlined below.
- Castle Mountain is the exclusive provider of ski and snowboard lessons at Castle Mountain. Instructors are not permitted to operate their own ski or snowboard lessons at Castle Mountain. Any unauthorized lessons will be shutdown, and anyone involved will have their ticket or pass revoked without refund.
- Season pass holders are eligible for a no questions asked, full refund of their pass(es), if requested by November 30, 2026. Passes used in spring of 2026 are ineligible for a full refund and are instead subject to pro-rated amounts below, based on the number of days skied.
- Starting December 1, 2026, pass holders are eligible for a pro-rated refund of their passes, only under the following circumstances:
- Injury or illness of a pass holder that prevents participation in skiing or snowboarding during the season, for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.
- Transfer by the current pass holder’s employer necessitating a change of residence outside of a 300 km radius from Castle Mountain Resort.
- Pass holders must provide a doctor’s note or a transfer letter from their employer, in order to confirm their refund eligibility.
- Refunds will not be offered for Acts of God, pandemics, fire, vandalism, labour disputes, weather conditions, mechanical failures, or for any other reason other than indicated as eligible above.
- Refund amounts are based on the number of days skied, as indicated below:
