TODAY'S REPORT

Winter is hanging on! Good morning this is Cole checking in with your morning report for Friday, March 13, 2026.

About 6 centimeters of light, dry Canadian Rockies powder has fallen overnight with a couple more centimeters likely still to come, before opening. Conditions across the resort are exceptional for this time of year, with a mix of powder, packed powder, and machine groomed conditions. Come and get it before spring returns, next week!

For lifts today, expect Sundance (Blue), Huckleberry Chair, Green Chair, and the Buckaroo carpet to spin at or near 9 AM. Tamarack (Red) Chair and Stagecoach Express are expected to start spinning at or near 9:30 AM. For terrain, we're expecting everything to open, perhaps with the exception of the Far Chutes.

For weather today, we're expecting mostly overcast skies with light snow wrapping up near opening but intermittent flurries persisting through the day. Additional accumulation of 2 - 4 cm is possible with a mid-mountain high of -5 expected. Winds are not expected to play a major factor today with alpine winds at 20 km/h gusting to 40.
