Castle Mountain Resort has many spaces to suit the needs of just about any group. From winter time group / corporate ski trips to summer time conferences, we can assist you with a solution for your group size and budget.
MAIN DAY LODGE
Our main day lodge space consists of over 3000 sq. feet of space featuring a performance stage, dance floor, washrooms, multiple exterior accesses, seating for over 200 guests and standing room for 400. Our well stocked, main bar is attached to this space as is a licensed 80’ x 25’ asphalt patio with several picnic tables.
BARNABY ROOM
The Barnaby Room, has an open and airy feel thanks to its sizeable footprint, large windows, and vaulted ceilings. Barnaby has a distinctly different, more polished feel than its West Castle cousin. With seating for 60 (standing room up to 100). This room features a gas fireplace, private bar, two TVs, and is just shy of 1000 sq. feet. Your group members are sure to be inspired by our great hospitality and stunning views of Barnaby Ridge.

West Castle Room
The West Castle Room is a popular choice for groups who are looking for value priced space to keep a busload or more together! With an abundance of natural light, and at approximately 750 sq. feet, this room seats up to 66 guests in its highest density format and up to 54 guests with a buffet set-up. This room also offers access to two TVs, a wall-mounted projector screen, and its own private entrance removing the need to navigate through our busy Day Lodge.
