Aurora Eggert
Wellness Guide

Aurora Eggert is an Empowerment Coach, Intimacy Coach, and Somatic Immersive Group Experience Facilitator. Through trauma informed coaching, embodiment practices, mindfulness, breathwork, and nervous system based approaches, she creates spaces where women can reconnect with their bodies, their hearts, and their authentic selves.

Her work blends somatic awareness, self empowerment, emotional healing, and intimacy exploration to support people in building deeper relationships with themselves and others. Aurora’s intention is to create experiences where participants feel safe, seen, and empowered to reconnect with their inner wisdom, vitality, and personal truth.

For this retreat, Aurora will facilitate immersive group experiences incorporating guided embodiment practices, meditation, breathwork, self awareness exercises, and authentic connection. Her intention is to support participants in slowing down, coming home to themselves, and creating deeper connection within a supportive community.

Julie Heinrich
Yoga Instructor

Yoga has come naturally to Julie. Living with arthritis from a young age, she learnt that gentle stretching and building strength around her joints was a great way to stay active and live to the fullest. It’s a practice she’s relied on for decades. As an outdoor enthusiast, Julie believes adventure is best when your body feels strong, and flexible. In the late 2010s, she became a certified yoga instructor, formalizing the classes she had already been leading for years.

Helping people move healthfully is the heart of Julie’s teaching. Whether she’s working with staff, skiers, or complete beginners, Julie creates a welcoming, lighthearted atmosphere where no one feels intimidated. Her classes are beginner-friendly, low-impact, and focused on stretching, gentle strengthening. Each session finishes with a touch of meditation, leaving students feeling more supple, restored, relaxed, and ready for whatever comes next.

Danika Stone
Artist & Guide

Many years ago I decided I would do EVERYTHING that gave me joy. I write. I paint. I guide. I teach. And if I’m not doing that, I’m out on the trail. Despite a number of tragedies, I consider myself extremely lucky. Yes, I feel grief (immensely), but I’m wired happy. I find joy most easily when I’m alone in nature, in creative flow, or visiting with people who fill my cup. I live in the hobbit life in the Canadian Rockies, in a cabin that’s been in My family for five generations. If you see me on the trail, say hello!
