Brushing Crews were Busy

Our Brushing Crews headed by one of our patrollers, Lucas Gurba, had a very busy fall after being delayed due to the Forestry Closure and the subsequent Wild Fire Evacuation.  The crew did a great job at catching up on lost time and were able to focus on several zones that needed their TLC.

  • Tumbleweed
  • Buffalo Flats
  • Lower half of Dusk
  • Bench at the top of Whiskey Jack
  • Lower Siwash
  • 1st and 2nd cutoff on North Road
  • Lower Siwash
  • Upper Siwash
  • Powder Horns
  • Northern Exposure
  • Double Exposure
  • The Bench between Exposures and North Bowl

The crew also worked on repairing fences on the Upper Mountain.

A big thanks to Lucas and his hardy crew who worked in some very interesting weather conditions this fall to get this done!

Can’t wait to shred these lines!
