PRE-PURCHASED LESSONS
Any un-used lessons from this season, that have been purchased as part of multi-lesson packages, will be rolled over for use next season (December 2020 – April 2021)
I, and possibly many other Castle regulars, sure would appreciate it if the deadline date for early season passes was a few months later this year. Please consider giving us this extra time given the situation we are all in.
Thanks
Hi Bob,
Thanks for your message. Rest assured, our valued season pass holders are on our radar screen. We’re actively working behind the scenes to determine how to move forward with our season pass campaign and understand the hardship that COVID-19 has placed upon so many households. We will be sure to communicate additional information to you in the weeks to come.
All the best,
Cole
I see the Huckleberry season pass is no longer available. What are the chances of it coming back.
Hi Dan,
We were super excited about the debut of our Huckleberry season pass, this past season. The reality of this pass though was that it did not enjoy very good sales and thus was cut from our program for the 2020-2021 season.
All the best,
Cole
I was just checking to see what I could do with a single lift ticket from a pair I bought at Costco in early January.
While I don’t meet your criteria, I just wanted to say I think that your criteria are quite fair and have no issues with having to throw out the unused day pass with no compensation/refund for it.
I will be buying more passes next year.
Hi Kim,
Thanks so much for your kind words. We really appreciate them!
Will repeat season pass holders see a price structure difference for the 20/21 season pass as 3.5 weeks of the season was missed? From march 18 – april 12? Just curious as many other resorts are offering this to repeat season pass holders.
Hi John,
At this point it doesn’t look like we’ll be moving forward with an adjusted season pass price for previous / current season pass holders.
Discussions continue, behind the scenes, on how we can reward season pass holders for their loyalty in other ways.
Hi Cole Will the WOW (2020) passes be available this year? Also will it be going on sale and when?
Thanks ullr for the awesome 19/20 season
Hi Roy,
Thanks for your message! At this point in time it’s too early to tell exactly what our frequent skier card will look like, for the 2020-2021 season. We anticipate that, whatever our frequent skier card might look like, will be released in October.
How can I buy a pass, I can’t get your online system to accept payment
Hi Kelly,
Thanks for your email. This could be for a couple of reasons – that you haven’t assigned a guest to the pass or if you’re using Visa debit, which we do not accept. In any event, you can always call us at 888-SKI-TONS or 403-627-5101 and one of our Guest Services agents can help you with your purchase. Our office is currently open Mon – Thurs from 9 AM to 3 PM.
