Throughout this season, if you have paid a visit to Joe’s Cafe, you may have seen a selection of wonderfully crafted paintings hanging up on the wall. This is the artwork of talented Canadian artist Meg O’Hara. Meg is a landscape painter who specializes in custom paintings for ski resorts, heli-skiing lodges and private ski chalets. She has visited Castle numerous times before and they served as inspiration to several paintings that she created which represents Castle in a truly stunning way. Displayed below are a few examples of her work.
Available for purchase, these paintings would compliment any room in your house and what’s more is the fact that she will be generously donating 50% of the proceeds from any painting sold to benefit Food Banks Alberta. Given the ongoing worldwide crisis with COVID-19 these are difficult and unprecedented times for Albertans and nobody should be ashamed of having to visit a food bank should things be tight for themselves or their loved ones. We thank Meg for her generosity in her donation to our collaboratively chosen charity of Food Banks Alberta.
