The full 427 Starlight Way cabin offers a luxurious retreat with six spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Perfectly situated for ski enthusiasts, it features ski-in/ski-out access right off the Rabbit Flats run, featuring stunning views of Green Chair and beyond. After a day on the slopes, guests can unwind in the private hot tub or enjoy a barbecue on the deck, making it an ideal getaway for both relaxation and adventure.

CHECK-IN
Check in time is 4 PM or later, on your date of arrival. Please check in directly at the Castle Mountain Ski Lodge.
CHECK-OUT
Check out is 11 AM or earlier, on your departure date.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
- Any early check-in / late check-out requests must be approved in advance but cannot be guaranteed more than 24 hours in advance. Additional fees may apply.
- Late check-outs that do not allow enough time for the unit to be cleaned before 4:00 PM will be charged an additional night’s stay.
Booking / Cancellation Policies
Upon booking, a deposit of 50% of the total stay will be automatically charged to the card provided, with a non-refundable $150.00 processing fee included in this amount. The remaining balance for cabin / vacation home stays will be automatically charged to the card on file for the reservation 7 days prior to the check-in date (4:00 pm MST on arrival date). All cabin / vacation homes require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
- Outside of 30 days prior to check-in date: Deposit minus the non-refundable $150.00 will be refunded.
- Within 30 days but outside of 7 days prior to check-in date: Deposit of 50% of the stay will not be refunded.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in date: Full payment amount will have been charged and no refunds issued.
Pet Policy
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly accommodations and must be well behaved, house-broken, and must be kept off all carpeting and furniture. Any pets or sign of pets in non-pet-friendly accommodations will be subject to minimum charge of $250.00.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the accommodations. Any smoking or indication of smoking inside the accommodations will result in a minimum charge of $250.00.
When smoking outside please fully extinguish butts and dispose of them in the receptacle provided.
No-Shoes Policy
Wearing outdoor shoes is not permitted inside any of the rental properties. For hotel rooms please remove outdoor footwear/ ski boots/ snowboard boots in the main lobby (shoes can be stored in the room if preferred), and in the cabins please remove them in the front entranceway to the unit.
Please do not wear ski boots inside the accommodations or hallways at any time, even if they are dry as they can damage the floors. Outdoor footwear of any kind worn inside the units may result in additional cleaning/damage fees. It is recommended that guests bring indoor shoes/slippers for use during their stay.
Lost Keys
The charge for lost keys is $50.00 per key. Only once the key is returned to the accommodations office can a refund of the fee be issued.
Quiet Times
All accommodations follow the MD of Pincher Creek Noise Bylaw quiet times, between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Located slope side at 427 Starlight Way (Castle Mountain Resort lot 427).
Turn right after entering the main (south) parking lot, at CMR’s main entrance. Take a right once into the parking lot, and head down Castle Mountain Way. Take a left then another immediate left once you hit the North parking lot. Look for lot #427 which will be just down Starlight Way, on your left hand side. This property is right next door to the Timberock Cabin, which is included on the map below.
