When did you get legal means to shut down land in a provincial park? your closure has NO laws past to do so. BLAH BLAH
Thanks for your message. Castle Mountain Resort does not occupy any land within a provincial park. While we are surrounded by provincial park land, our resort is situated on a mix of private and crown land, on which we hold a lease to operate. While we pride ourselves on maintaining reasonable access to the crown land that we lease, our current construction project necessitates a closure, for the safety of our staff, contractors, and the general public.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
