Short-term RV Camping is permitted within our new RV Park, above / adjacent to the North Parking Lot, just a short walk from the main village and ski runs. All sites are serviced by a 30-amp electrical outlet and are in close proximity to our modern, spacious wash house and sani-dump facilities.
Please note that, given the existence of these sites, overnight RV camping is no longer permitted within our main parking lots.

CHECK-IN
Check in time is 3 PM or later, on your date of arrival. Formal check-in is not required (print and display your confirmation email on your dashboard).
CHECK-OUT
Check out is 12 PM or earlier, on your departure date.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
- Any early check-in / late check-out requests must be approved in advance but cannot be guaranteed more than 24 hours in advance. Additional fees may apply.
- Late check-outs that do not allow enough time for the site to be cleaned and/or inspected before 3:00 PM will be charged an additional night’s stay.
Booking / Cancellation Policies
Bookings are considered confirmed once credit card info is provided. The entire balance for the stay is processed to the card on file 48 hours prior to check-in (at approximately 4 PM two days’ prior to arrival date).
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to check-in free of penalty. Any bookings cancelled within 48 hours of check-in will not be refunded the total amount of nights that fall within the 48 hour period (eg if a 2-night stay is cancelled 24 hours before 4:00 pm on the check-in date, the guest will incur the full cost of 1-night’s stay. If cancelled the day of check-in, the guest will be charged for 2 nights).
Wi-Fi
Wireless internet access is NOT available within our RV Park. Please visit the T-Bar Pub or our Day Lodge facility for complimentary access to wi-fi.
Pet Policy
Pets are permitted but must not cause a disturbance to other guests and must remain confined to your designated site.
Generators
The use of generators is strictly prohibited.
Quiet Times
All accommodations follow the MD of Pincher Creek Noise Bylaw quiet times, between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Our new RV Park is located just below our maintenance shop, adjacent / above our North Parking Lot. Turn right at the first “Welcome to Castle Mountain” sign and then take your first left, shortly thereafter, into our RV Park.
Staff at the Castle Mountain Ski Lodge (hotel / hostel) manage these accommodations and would be happy to handle any questions or concerns.
