After a historic September snowfall, which dropped some 130 cm’s at Castle Mountain Resort, we’re still trying to dig ourselves out! Our office is back open (Monday – Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM) and we’re working on calling back the many dozens of folks that left messages for us over the weekend, seeking to purchase their pass. With that in mind, our season pass summer sale has been extended until Friday, October 4. Keep reading for more info on this year’s season pass program…

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO BUY MY SEASON PASS?
We love talking to our guests and strive to be as personable as possible. You can always give us a call at 888-SKI-TONS (toll-free) or 403-627-5101 to purchase your pass over the phone. With limited office hours, you may find that buying your pass online is more convenient. Simply click “Buy Online” from the season passes portion of our website. Our e-store is open 24/7.

HOW DO FAMILY PASSES WORK?
At Castle, we pride ourselves on our progressive family pass program. In a world of smaller family sizes and single parent scenarios, we’ve elected to offer up family pass pricing to families of 3 or more (not the typical minimum of 4 you’d see elsewhere).
Family passes must have at least one adult and cover related dependents (juniors or children) living within the same residence. A minimum of three (3) family members are required to qualify for family pass rates. All family pass related terms can be found on our season pass page.

HOW DO I PICKUP MY SEASON PASS?
While we do not mail out season passes, you can pickup your season pass on your first visit to the resort or visit us at one of many pass printing days that we offer, at local events and ski swaps across southern Alberta. For information on pass printing days, be sure to check our events calendar!

WHAT ARE POWDER ALLIANCE BENEFITS AND HOW DO I GET THEM?
The Powder Alliance is a cooperative agreement between 19 participating resorts, mostly across western North America, who offer up to 3 free days to each other’s pass holders as an additional benefit of pass ownership.
Holders of unrestricted Castle passes (essentially any pass except Huckleberry or Mid-Week passes) are eligible for Powder Alliance benefits which consist of three (3) free or discounted days / participating Powder Alliance resort. Tickets are free mid-week and half price (50% off) on weekends up to a total of three (3) free or discounted days. Holiday blackouts can and often are blacked out at the discretion of participating resorts.
What’s best? The Powder Alliance doesn’t represent an extra fee but is a benefit of holding an unrestricted Castle season pass!
